Our Return Policy Includes:

  • Our hassle-free, 30 day return policy is part of our commitment to taking care of you. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, orders can be returned within 30 days of delivery to your home. We will gladly arrange to have it collected at your door.

  • Free return insurance - you're 100% covered from when it leaves your hands until it arrives at our door. 

  • Zero shipping cost - FedEx return shipping is pre-paid (Some restocking fees my apply)

  • Scheduled pick-ups - we'll schedule a FedEx pick-up at your home or office

  • Custom rings or jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged. these items are Final Sale.

  • Engraved jewelry items (excluding wedding and engagement rings) cannot be returned. These are Final Sales.
