HOW WE'RE KEEPING YOU SAFE

The health and safety of our customers and associates is our top priority. We put together the following measures in place to protect you.

  • Masks are required for in-store viewing. We will provide one if needed.

  • Daily health screenings are required for associates. Associates with a fever, cold, or flu-like symptoms are required to stay home. 

  • Daily store deep cleaning. We sanitize jewelry, countertops, and other surfaces after every interaction.

To limit the number of in our store, we will also be offering additional services including:

  • No-contact curbside pickup (in Chicago only).

  • Free shipping 

  • Virtual appointments. We are offering personalized, online consultations with our team of jewelry experts. Schedule an appointment.

WE ASK THE CUSTOMERS:

  • To wear a protective mask- we will provide one if needed. 

  • Keep 6 feet apart between you and others. 

  • Wash or sanitize your hands frequently.

  • To not visit if you have a fever, cold, or flu-like symptoms.
